As part of its “Friends of Aspire” initiative, the Aspire Academy in Doha, the capital of Qatar, has launched a new TV program called “Player Insight”whose first guest was Juventus and Italy defender Leonardo Bonucci.
The show airs on Mondays on Al Kass sports channels in Arabic and English, on the “Friends of Aspire” website and on Aspire social media.
Speaking of the new program, Walter de Salvo, director of football performance and science at the Aspire Academysaid the program is a platform that “allows footballers to share their views on football, their opinions on training and competition methodologies, and their general experiences and feelings about the game”.
He added: “Starting with a top defender like Leonardo Bonucci highlights the strength and attractiveness of the program globally, in addition to the many successes presented by the “Friends of Aspire” program over the past few years. »
Bonucci is one of the best and toughest defenders in world football and was part of the Juventus side that won six consecutive Serie A titles between 2012 and 2017.

The program is based on the annual global summit organized by the Aspire Academy.
